Dual Study Program (KIA) in the field of Mechatronic Systems at Queens Gate

The cooperative engineering education (KIA) offers you the perfect combination of training and study. With this model, you will acquire an IHK degree and a Bachelor of Science (B. Sc.) degree within 4.5 years.

The program will provide you with a broad knowledge of engineering fundamentals in the areas of computer science, mechanics, and electrical engineering. You will gain practical experience during your company training as a mechatronics technician. Here, you will learn about the processes for manufacturing and testing measurement systems within the company. Your tasks will include wiring and assembling control cabinets, as well as upgrading and testing our measurement systems.

What you should bring

General or specialized university entrance qualification with good grades in natural science subjects
First practical experience (through internships or similar) in the fields of mechatronics, electrical engineering, and/or computer science is desirable
High level of independence and discipline
