Responsibilities:

Qualifying customer inquiries
Creating offers using independent comparison software
Advising and closing deals with customers
Followup, documentation, and data maintenance
Correspondence with product partners
Assisting with claims
Contributing to the development of marketing strategies
Optional: Taking on responsibility for a specific department (insurance category)

Qualifications:

Professional training in insurance\
Sales experience
Enjoyment of telephonebased, serviceoriented customer contact
Diligent, goaloriented, and communicative
Friendly and confident in closing deals over the phone
High level of reliability
Independent thinking and action, as well as a structured and resultsoriented work style
