- and veteran-owned business renowned for wholesale medical supplies, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and our FDA-approved ascorbic acid injection, ASCOR. We're expanding with a new 503B outsourcing facility to produce compounded drugs, making this an exciting time to join us.
Role Overview:
As a Product Catalog Specialist, you will collaborate closely with our marketing team to curate and refine our online product catalog, ensuring accurate information and seamless user experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular audits of product pages for updates and enhancements, focusing on accuracy and relevance
- Execute precise data entry of product details, SKUs, and pricing sourced from suppliers to uphold catalog integrity
- Collaborate with the marketing team on product page optimizations and digital marketing initiatives
- Compile, analyze, and report website performance metrics to guide marketing strategies and improvements
- Utilize data insights and internal tools to bolster our online presence and customer experience
- Support content marketing and digital advertising campaigns as needed
- Other duties as assigned to support team objectives
Qualifications:
- Proficient in digital marketing, particularly within an ecommerce environment
- Strong background in data entry with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with SEO, UX, CX, and product photography best practices
- Excellent multitasking and project management skills
- Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
- Proven ability to troubleshoot website functionality issues
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Selfmotivated, responsive, and dedicated to achieving goals
- Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Adaptive to changing project needs and eager to embrace new challenges
- Resultsdriven mindset with a focus on task completion and continuous improvement
- Ability to maintain professionalism and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Successful completion of background check and drug screening

$55, $85,000.00 per year (based on experience)
