- Maintain relationships with retail vendors and suppliers while continually scouting for additional, quality vendors.
- Negotiate retail vendor pricing and minimum/maximum fulfillment quantities
- Evaluate spending operations while seeking ways to improve and enhance quality products and timeliness of production and fulfillment
- Conduct regular market research/analysis for retail trends and changes in price points
- Communicate with management regularly regarding efficient flow of products and services
- Support & Train Franchisees: Develop and deliver comprehensive retail training programs for our franchisees, covering everything from initial inventory ordering to ongoing sales techniques and best practices
- Work with the Marketing Department to procure and apply materials for internal and external projects, including but not limited to: apparel design, studio social media content, ecommerce site content
- Review and analyze retail revenue reports to determine profitability and demand for various products
- Liaise with the accounting department and produce reports needed for financial reporting
- Monitor franchisee retail purchases to ensure they align with brand standards and guidelines
- Monitor warehouse retail inventory levels for high order items and reorder as prescribed
- Complete financial and other administration tasks as needed
- Bachelor's Degree in Retail, Supply Chain Management or related field
- 2 year's experience overseeing retail and merchandising
- 2 year's experience working in the fitness franchising environment
- Proven knowledge of athletic and athleisure wear trends
- Excellent management and organization skills
- Strong negotiation and problem solving skills
- Efficient and effective communication skills
- Supply change management experience preferred
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Must be willing to travel up to 25%
