Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Maintain and update calendars for multiple team members
- Assist with project coordination, including tracking progress and deadlines
- File and organize documents, both physical and electronic
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
- Serve as a personal assistant to senior staff members when needed
- Assist with medical receptionist duties, including checking in patients and scheduling appointments
Experience:
- Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
- Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience in a medical office setting is highly desired
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
