    Role: Service Coordinator II

    Department: Service Delivery

    Reporting Manager: Territory Manager

    Service Coordinator II plans and establishes high volume Field Technician schedules to meet customer demands and overall company efficiency. In this role, you'd develop schedules in accordance with workflow forecasts, company and employee capacity, and new business opportunities. A Service coordinator II is a specialist on regional workflow distribution and overall business capacity needs.

    Responsibilities:

    · Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels

    · Making special service arrangements as necessary

    · Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required metrics and service level agreements

    · Contribute to development processes in order to make service delivery more efficient and organized

    · Manage workflow and distribute accordingly from previous and new work flows

    · Work closely with supervisors to assign the correct technician on more complex jobs

    · Manage technician capacity effectively in an effort to accommodate all work orders with minimal subcontractor usage

    · Communicate all long-term and short-term capacity shortages for your assigned geographical area

    · Effectively manage the routes of all assigned technicians tracking response and mileage efficiency

    Qualifications:

    · 2+ years in related field (production planning, production scheduling, high volume logistics, routing, construction project coordination, or high volume data entry)

    · Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred

    · Strong communication skills; including writing, speaking and interpersonal communication

    · Critical thinking and quick problem-solving abilities

    · Excellent customer service and client relations skills

    · Keen organization and time management skills

    · Skilled at collaboration and teamwork

    · Self-motivated and can set own goals

    · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

    · Experience in advanced analysis and data visualization

    · Ability to use computers, software and other technology for inventory and communication purposes

    · Understanding of the logistics/service delivery, including common obstacles and effective solutions
