Summary

The Role
A Steward is primarily responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all hotel china, silverware, and cookware.

This person must have good communication skills and have the ability to lift, pull and push a moderate amount of weight.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

You will be responsible for the complete dishwashing area;
You will ensure that the back of the house is sparkling clean;
You will assist the Kitchen with the deep cleaning;
You will help where is necessary.
You will assist the kitchen with banquet events whenever necessary.
Ensure the cleanliness of any food and beverage area of the hotel.
