Your Mission at Seneca Knolls in Schweinfurt:

  • Take on tasks: Coordinate object teams for maintenance and repair measures, as well as ensure compliance with technical and legal regulations
  • Take responsibility: Manage budget for the department; Ensure quality control; Manage revenue and results through KPIs; Evaluate monthly and quarterly results and initiate appropriate measures
