The Vice President, Trading Engineer will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality software solutions in an agile environment. This role involves partnering with stakeholders to design and release support.

• Designing technology solutions for the Fidelity Digital Asset business
• Developing high-performance algorithms for trading/crypto trading
• Collaborating with business partners on business-critical initiatives/li>Demonstrating software engineering excellence through continuous integration and deployment/li>Staying current with IT blueprint, frameworks, and technologies to improve productivity; guiding junior team members on technology/li>

This is a hands-on role where you will write code for product features. It requires technical direction-setting by concluding designs with other tech leads and architecture.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field required
