Bosch Automotive Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. (RBAI) is a 100% subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH . Established in 2009, in Naganathapura - Bengaluru, RBAI is primarily focused in manufacturing electronic products for the automotive sector. RBAI has consistently added an average of one product every year resulting in a wide range of products comprising Engine Control Units (ECU) for both 4W and 2W, Body Control Modules (BCM), ECUs for ABS, DC-DC Converters, iTraMS (Intelligent communication control unit) to name a few. RBAI also produces products for eMobility like MCU (Motor control Unit), C-Box (Communication Box), VCUs (Vehicle Control Unit), Central gateway modules and is geared up for other futuristic products. RBAI with its diverse portfolio, not only caters to local markets, but also exports products to all major global customers. **Job Description**

First point of contact for business units and divisions

Manages platforms and customer projects from innovation phase until end of production

Interfaces between Business Unit (BU) and Material Field Purchasing

In charge of change management for purchased parts and technical cost saving projects (RPP = Ratio Project Planning) for strategic and operative topics

Interface to division and material field purchasing for strategic and operative topics

Responsible for BOM Costing during Acquisition phase

Responsible for achievement of project goals (cost, quality, deadlines, budget and capacity)

Coordinates and drives Cost Reduction Projects (RPP) worldwide, participates in RPP teams

**Qualifications**

BE Mechanical or BE Electronics with 3 to 6 years of experienceBE Mechanical or BE Electronics with 3 to 6 years of experience

**Additional Information**

Project Management experience on localization projects; monitoring, reviewing timelines, follow up process and escalation internally / externally.

Project management experience on platform or customer adaption projects

Basic technical know-how on manufacturing process i.e casting / plastic / electro-mechanical parts.

Good knowledge on Quality Gates & APQP tools Process FMEA, Supplier Quality tools and ECR management.

Good SAP knowledge in material module

Supplier evaluation parameters, Experience in conducting Process Audits,
