Our client is a retail group with car dealerships in Hamburg, Berlin, Frankfurt, Munich, and Cologne.

To complement our team, we are looking for a


Sales Controller (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

  • Preparation, monitoring, and adjustment of relevant quality, network, and sales key figures, as well as budget monitoring
  • Analysis, evaluation, and reporting of groupwide sales activities with subsequent identification of possible success factors and measures
  • Participation in the design and tracking of measures and centrally controlled sales activities
  • Close coordination with sales managers in individual branches and support in the implementation of central measures
  • Assistance in the sales budget and forecast process
  • Preparation of analyses and presentations for local management and the European headquarters
  • Further development and establishment of new reporting and dashboards for the sales department
  • Responsibility for own projects in the area of business development

Qualifications

  • Successfully completed degree in business administration, economics with a focus on controlling, or a comparable course of study
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in the automotive industry
  • Entrepreneurial thinking
  • Analytical and systematic working style and teamoriented approach
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of French is advantageous
  • High resilience and flexibility
  • Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge in the area of PowerQuery desirable
