Description

The municipality of Ahnatal is looking to fill a position as a full-time employee (m/f/d) in the Department of Building and Real Estate as soon as possible.

Ahnatal is an interesting and popular residential community in the district of Kassel with around 8,000 inhabitants, characterized by a variety of clubs, associations, and public institutions.

The position is permanent and the salary is in accordance with pay group 7 of the TVöD collective agreement. The employment relationship and classification are based on the provisions of the collective agreement for the public service (TVöD).

Your responsibilities include:

1. Area: Second Caretaker

• Caretaking tasks, especially as a substitute for the First Caretaker
• Supervision and coordination of minor work by contracted external companies
• Procurement (cleaning equipment and supplies, light bulbs, consumables)
• Maintaining a hazardous substance register for cleaning agents, collecting operating instructions, and monitoring training for cleaning staff
• Assisting with events, set-up and dismantling
