We are in search of a skilled evaluation writer to become part of our team! Roman Empire has been assisting clients in Los Angeles County for more than a decade! We are a company on the rise and we aim for our team members to progress alongside us!

This role entails engaging with staff and clients directly to create progress reports for funding purposes. These reports are crucial for extending service authorizations and must meet strict deadlines.

The position is situated at our main office in Van Nuys, CA with potential work at our Alhambra, CA location.

ASSESSMENT COORDINATOR/SPECIALIST JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Schedule meetings with clients and/or families for progress report completion
  • Observe and interact with clients to determine suitable treatment programs
  • Analyze client's requirements and behaviors for program identification
  • Detail progress information in the Progress Report
  • Submit the Progress Report to the Supervisor within specified timelines
  • Offer necessary corrections
  • Educate clients and/or families about ILS/AST/SLS/CIEP services and their objectives
  • Define goals in the proposed treatment plan

ASSESSMENT COORDINATOR/SPECIALIST EXPERIENCE

  • Prior experience in treatment plan composition
  • Strong writing capabilities
  • Excellent time management abilities
  • Experience in working with individuals with disabilities
  • Preference for Regional Center exposure
  • Requirements: Valid CA Driver's License, Auto Insurance, Clear TB, Passport or BC, Social Security Card

ASSESSMENT COORDINATOR/SPECIALIST EDUCATION

  • Master's Degree in a related field is a must

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour
