- Provide services to families such as referral, advocacy and service linkages
- Provides clinical assessment of needs and appropriate plan for intervention
- Provide a written summary of each visit to supervisor and uploads into NJ SPIRIT, provides monthly reports to DCP&P
- Provide safe therapeutic visit supervision, transportation of children, and transportation of parents when necessary
- Attends supervision, Family Team Meetings, quarterly Case Conferences with DCP&P and Court hearings as needed
- Submit all documentation/reports in a timely fashion
