Apartment Leasing Consultant - McHenry, United States - Cunat
Description
Responsibilities include:
- Maintains positive customer service attitude and ability to work well within a team.
- Welcomes and shows property to prospective new residents and completes all appropriate paperwork in a timely manner.
- Ensures that lease files are complete and that all leases are being executed properly.
- Assists Manager in preparation of daily and weekly reports, resident communications, and market surveys, etc.
- Enters new and completed resident work orders and submits to maintenance team. Conducts followup phone calls for customer service.
- Contributes ideas to market the property and for improving resident satisfaction.
- Ability to prioritize work and has regular good attendance.
- Work until 5 PM during the week and Saturdays 8 AM 1.
Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour
