Overview:
Join our team as a Sports Coach and inspire athletes of all ages to achieve their full potential. We are seeking a dedicated individual with a passion for sports and coaching to lead our programs.


Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement training programs tailored to the specific sport(s) being coached.
• Instruct athletes on proper techniques, strategies, and rules of the sport.
• Provide guidance and motivation to athletes during practices and competitions.
• Ensure the safety of all participants by adhering to proper coaching methods.
• Organize and supervise team practices, games, and events.
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff to enhance the overall sports program.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in coaching or playing sports, with expertise in one or more of the following areas: Lifeguard, Judo, Martial arts, Basketball, Cheerleading, etc.
• Ability to educate and mentor athletes of various skill levels.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with athletes, parents, and staff.
• Knowledge of child development principles and physical education techniques.
• Certification in CPR/First Aid is preferred.
