    Description
    We Need:

    A solid, experienced, property manager with a Pennsylvania real estate license and experience supporting the accounting activities of a property management company.

    Responsibilities include the following:
    • Ensure all rent is collected as due and that everything is posted correctly
    • Ensures all unit, move-in, move-out and other leasing data is entered correctly and in a timely manner into the on-site property management software system
    • Ensure all required inspections are scheduled and completed
    • Assist with financial administrative and accounting tasks
    • Assist with processing AR/AP items
    • Make sure issues are dealt with in a timely manner and that proper follow-through is done
    • Manage and distribute all tenant correspondence, including late payment notices
    • Manage all maintenance requests entered on the software system
    • Advertise, schedule appointments and lease available apartments/homes
    • Other duties as assigned
    Candidate Background and Qualifications:
    • Proficiency in Word and Excel is required
    • Prior experience with Appfolio real estate property management software is strongly preferred
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Entrepreneurial mindset, a self-starter who can function independently, and as part of a small team
    • Proactive, detail-oriented work habits with a commitment to a high-quality work product
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented
    • Excellent record-keeping and file maintenance
    • Works with a sense of urgency including the ability to oversee multiple projects
    • Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle
    • Accounting and/or finance experience very beneficial
    • Real estate license preferred
    This job requires frequent trips to the rental properties under our care. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required.

    Candidates with former property management and leasing experience would be preferred.

    Great potential for advancement within the property management company.

    This is a salaried role. Salary will depend on experience. Benefits and a 401K are available.
