Property ManagerJob Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and organized individual to join our team as a Property Manager at one of our best locations in the Allentown area managing a 200-unit complex.
This role requires excellent decision-making abilities, proactive problem-solving skills, and strong organizational capabilities. The Property Manager will be responsible in the management of property maintenance, tenant relations, and financial operations. This is a dynamic position that offers opportunities for growth and development in the real estate industry.Responsibilities:
All aspects of property management, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and tenant relations.
Assist in the screening and selection process of prospective tenants, including conducting background checks and verifying references.
Address tenant inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, maintaining a positive and respectful relationship with tenants.
Prepare and enforce lease agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Monitor and manage rent collection, including following up on late payments and initiating legal actions, if necessary.
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and identify maintenance or repair needs.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in property management or a similar role, demonstrating strong decision-making abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proactive and selfmotivated, with a keen eye for detail and a solutionoriented mindset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with tenants, team members, and external stakeholders.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with property management software.
- Familiarity with local real estate laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
Pay:
$ $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
