The Hess Rehabilitation Center stands for many years of rehabilitation expertise and high-quality therapy for patients, and is the largest private healthcare provider in the Ludwigsburg district.

We are currently seeking a full-time or part-time
Receptionist (m/f/d) for our location in Bietigheim-Bissingen.


Your responsibilities:


  • Point of contact for our patients
  • Scheduling appointments for medical treatments and rehabilitation followup
  • Billing with insurance providers
  • Collaboration with interdisciplinary team

Your profile:


  • Completed training as a healthcare administrator (m/f/d), certified medical assistant (m/f/d), or degree in healthcare
  • Proficient in MS Office programs
  • Independent, responsible, and structured work style
  • Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and customer service mindset
