    Join Our Team as a Robotics Applications Engineer at EWI

    About the Role:

    • Identifying automation and robotics solutions
    • Building and testing proof-of-concept systems
    • Conducting industry and market research on new robotics technologies

    This role requires:

    • A knack for problem-solving
    • A strong passion for robotics and automation
    • Efficient project management skills
    • Excellent teamwork abilities
    • Flexibility to travel between Columbus, OH, and Buffalo, NY
    • Strong time management and commitment to tasks

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborating with teams to identify automation opportunities for clients
    • Designing and building prototype automation systems
    • Utilizing CAD and simulation software for system design
    • Developing expertise in integrating automation technologies
    • Preparing project documentation and reports

    Requirements:

    • Hands-on experience in robotics/automation systems
    • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
    • US Citizenship required

    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience with collaborative robots
    • Proficiency in Solidworks or AutoCAD
    • Knowledge of automation system simulation
    • Ability to perform safety risk assessments
