    Job Description

    The Application Engineer will utilize their experience to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and others, and can affect tactical and strategic business goals.

    The candidate will interface with and provide technical sales support to the entire team.


    In addition, you will:
    Roles and Responsibilities
    Create, modify, and verify technical solution programs for all end users.
    Serve as a common Point of Contact to the end-users

    Test new concepts in the shop, ensure all new processes/programs introduced comply with and support product flow through the facility.

    Work in a highly collaborative environment
    Gather feedback from stakeholders and work with team to develop more efficient solutions
    Specify needs, communicate about project approach, and present outcomes of research
    Be able to follow through on strategy from concept to execution
    Required Qualifications
    Bachelors degree from an accredited university/college with minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing
    Experience with Precision Products background preferred.
    Proficiency in CAD as well as office automation software and systems.

    Hands-on part manufacturing
    Experience with manufacturing, machining processes and design for manufacturing (DFM) concepts is preferred.

    Proven analytical and organizational ability
    Demonstrated initiative to stay abreast of technology advancements

    $90, $120,000.00 per year
