Summary:
- Performs receiving functions, along with the appropriate transactions to maintain accurate receiving data in the ERP system
- Duties are generally prioritized in conformance with written instructions, established schedules, and predetermined priorities, allowing employees to perform independently with intermittent close supervision.
Duties and Responsibilities:

- Communicates and listens effectively in a professional & courteous manner.
- Organized, adaptable, professional, and able to follow instructions.
- Proficient in Word, and Excel and be able to learn our PC Software.
- Demonstrate a basic working knowledge of company services to assist staff with various functions.
- Must be able to lift and open packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Examines incoming material and compares with records, such as manifest, invoices, and packing list, to verify the accuracy of incoming material.
- Place parts in the proper location after identifying and verifying incoming material is correct.
- Must be capable of performing inventory stock checks.
- Demonstrate understanding of the ERP system as it relates to receiving.
- Demonstrate understanding of the parts verification system.
- Maintains and files incoming material records in an organized manner daily.
- Occasionally assist the shipping clerk with outgoing material.
- Maintains a clean and organized area daily.
- Contributes to a positive, healthy, and safe work environment. Work in compliance with MPI, OSHA, and MSDS safety policies.
- Proficiency with and working knowledge of MPI MIS (Aegis) software is required.
- Component Identification training is required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- 03 years of industry experience or equivalent is required.
