Job Overview:
We are seeking a full time maintenance technician for our apartment community. The pay rate for this position is based on experience.

Must have a great attitude, be willing to learn, and willing to train in areas that you are not proficient in.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• EPA certification for HVAC service calls
• Minimum of 3 years in the apartment maintenance field
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to read and write English
• Ability to display balance/equilibrium at heights above 5 feet and lift 50 pounds essential
• Must be able to walk the property, including stairs, on a regular and asneeded basis to perform duties and perform a variety of physical tasks
• Possess reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Working knowledge of general property operations, HVAC, safety, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair essential
• Must be available for Oncall Emergency Maintenance
• Any additional duties as assigned
• Must have your own tools
• Must possess a teamwork attitude
