What to expectAs a business management assistant (m/f/d), you will be part of our purchasing and organization team, taking on administrative tasks, coordinating processes, creating documents, and organizing daily office operations. You also have the opportunity to gain insights into the daily life of a business management assistant (m/f/d) through a voluntary pre-internship.
Your main tasks during the apprenticeship:
- You support internal and external organizational processes and general office tasks.
- You are responsible for processing correspondence and documentation.
- You independently handle scheduling and coordination.
- You manage office supplies.
- You assist with administrative tasks.
- You have completed at least the middle school leaving certificate.
- You have an affinity for organization and structured work.
- You have good communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- You are a team player with the ability to act independently.
- You are familiar with common MS Office applications.
