My Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for setting up test circuits or test systems for test runs on electrical components
  • You will be in charge of preparing, conducting, and evaluating test runs (including irradiation tests), if necessary also abroad
  • Conducting technological, electrical, and mechanical investigations on components for use in space equipment is also part of your responsibilities
  • You will establish specifications for space components in coordination with users and manufacturers to ensure the required quality and reliability
  • Finally, you will create technical reports according to project requirements

My Qualifications

  • You have a degree in engineering, physics, or a technical field, alternatively also a training or further education as an electrical engineering technician
  • You have knowledge of and experience with active semiconductor components and/or optoelectronic components
  • You also have knowledge of the construction, behavior, and specification (ESCC, MIL, or Automotive) of electronic components, as well as knowledge of measurement technology (analog, digital, or RF circuits)
  • Your work style is characterized by independence and diligence
  • Especially in timecritical projects, you do not lose track and convince with your aboveaverage commitment, enthusiasm, and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of LabView programming is desirable (basic knowledge)
  • You need solid English skills in both written and spoken form (technical English) for working in an international context
