    We are currently seeking a MDM Global Item Administrator to join our Boart Longyear team in Salt Lake City, UT.

    This role will Oversee the administration of the Global Oracle Item Master, including the creation and maintenance of components and associated attributes within Oracle EBS, ensuring swift turnaround times.

    Responsibilities


    Work closely with internal global customers across different functional groups (Supply Chain, Sales, Engineering, etc.) and potentially during different time zones, depending on the need and urgency of requests.


    Utilize the Windchill Enterprise Product Lifecycle Management system (Windchill) as a part of the global item management process and help ensure the proper and timely flow of item information and bills of materials from Windchill to Oracle EBS are achieved.


    Become subject matter expert of the item master and the processes so that you can assist in resolving issues, provide solutions and assist in troubleshooting to ensure consistent and timely movement of items.


    Work on the Master Data Management team (MDM) and become a team player and back up to other job functions and duties.

    Knowledge of Product Life Cycle is desired.

    Minimum Qualifications

    Must be authorized to work in the United States

    Must have valid Driver's License


    Minimum 5 years' experience using an ERP system in an item creation and/or maintenance capacity with a high level of data entry or closely related area.

    Strong Verbal and written communications skills

    Ability to manage processes with minimal supervision.

    Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)

    History of dealing with multiple disciplines, cultures, and departments in a global environment.

    Detailed oriented, organized and be able to produce accurate and timely results while maintaining an excellent customer service attitude.

    Ability to manage relationships with a variety of people with different technical, educational, and English proficiency levels.

    Basic analytical skills


    Firm decision maker and able to enforce defined policies, issue corrective actions in a timely manner, while working with stakeholders to improve processes and procedures.

    Self-starter and proactive, results-oriented focus and willing and capable of assuming additional responsibilities.
