    Job DescriptionDescription:

    The Night Shift Sanitation Laborer is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing various components of our pack line equipment and workstations to remove fruit, leaves, and any other debris. Tasks also include sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash cans. Work is done at various heights.

    Requirements:

    Skills

    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
    • Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
    • Ability to maintain a high level of physicality for prolonged periods and working primarily standing in a cold environment
    • Ability to maintain a high level of physical activity for prolonged periods and to work mainly standing up, crawling, kneeling, walking, lying on back and stomach and in confined spaces.
    • Ability to go up and down stairs.

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be exposed to a typical fast-paced production —high industrial and agricultural equipment traffic, extreme temperatures in an environment exposed to dust, peach fuzz and other natural elements.Must be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, over-time, double-time and holidays throughout the duration of our pack season (May to October); this is critical to support the needs of the business and is subject to change.
