Reborn Cabinets has been in business for nearly 40 years and is the leading provider of kitchen and bathroom remodeling services with locations throughout the West Coast.

We are looking for an experienced Warranty Coordinator to join our award-winning team and assist with our national expansion


Responsibilities

  • Accept inbound claims via the call center and document them accurately in Salesforce
  • Assess materials needed and urgency of claims promptly
  • Initiate contact with customers within 24 hours of case creation
  • Effectively communicate with customers about materials and order times
  • Schedule and coordinate work orders in a timely manner
  • Document and order materials for claims efficiently
  • Maintain precise logs in Builder Trend for each project
  • Record completed work orders in Builder Trend
  • Mark off task completion in Builder Trend
  • Confirm all photos uploaded by installers into Builder Trend
  • Daily communication with Installation team or managers
  • Identify projects needing rescheduling and adjust installer assignments based on aptitude
  • Monitor installer arrival, departure, and progress, promptly notifying clients of any adjustments to arrival times

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in installation support or a related field
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Builder Trend
  • Ability to manage client relationships effectively
  • Training and coaching experience is a plus
