Your tasks/responsibilities include:

Monitoring the quality of care in the residential areas
Managing the combined areas

- and individual care

Creating residentoriented service and deployment plans
Creating and maintaining a teampromoting work atmosphere
Promoting the quality of life and satisfaction of our residents

You should bring:

Training as a geriatric nurse, health and nursing nurse, pediatric nurse or former nurse
Ideally, first leadership experience
Indepth knowledge and enjoyment of shaping the care processes
Teamwork, organizational skills and empathy
