Overview:


We are looking for someone who is passionate about connecting with and recruiting financial professionals to join our Business Development team.

The Associate Director Enterprise Liaison will support recruiting efforts for Cambridge owned Enterprises by developing recruiting leads, managing transitioning financial professionals, and coordinating marketing projects to create innovative recruiting methods.


Essential Duties:

  • Develop recruiting leads through proactive outgoing solicitations, and review potential match with the firm through professional screening of recruiting opportunities. This includes ultilizing rep referral programs, third party recruiting firms and outbound calls to generate leads.
  • Regular and consistent communication with the enterprise including pipeline status updates and marketing efforts.
  • Manage the transition of new recruits by supporting the enterprise, the transition coordinator, and communicating with other teams to support the recruit's business model
  • Maintain working industry knowledge of key industry topics and continuing education for FINRA licenses, major competing Broker/Dealers, outside platforms, internal programs, and product lines available through Cambridge
  • Participate as needed in firm's conferences and effectively interface with financial professionals for the purpose of maintaining and enhancing relationships for future contacts
  • Drive or escort recruits for whom the individual is the primary recruiter to and from the airport and attend Home Office Visits with said recruits to provide world class customer service to our prospective financial professionals
  • In this role, the Associate Director will be accountable for a revenue goal as determined by Business Development Leadership on an annual basis

Education & Experience:
Four or more years of related experience, education and/or training


Certificates & Licenses:
Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 99 is required. Other licenses or certificates may be required as dictated by the department.
