About us:
We are a provider of independent youth welfare services, with various residential and outpatient offerings in Velbert. Our residential groups are facilities where 6-9 young people are cared for in regular or intensive programs.

The fundamental approach for all of our services is a resource-oriented approach, which is further emphasized by the conceptual integration of the Marte Meo method.

All of our residential groups have now been developed into "Marte Meo residential groups." Therefore, the developmental support according to the Marte Meo method is an integral part of our daily focus, with an emphasis on building upon existing competencies with appropriate support.

The often-quoted phrase "meeting people where they are" is put into practice. All employees receive a certified, team-integrated training to become a Marte Meo practitioner. The training is completed online and the costs are covered by us as the provider.

The practical tasks of the training can be implemented during work hours and within the scope of the work in the residential group.
