Occupational Safety Specialist (Human)


Your responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring strict compliance and ongoing monitoring of regulations in occupational, fire, and health protection
  • Conducting safety inspections of operating facilities and equipment, especially before they are put into operation
  • Conducting risk assessments and analyses to identify and minimize potential safety risks
  • Regularly training employees in occupational, fire, and health protection to promote a high level of awareness and understanding of safety measures
  • Creating operating instructions and safety policies and ensuring their uptodate status
  • Developing and updating emergency plans and procedures to be prepared for potential crisis situations
  • Continuously educating yourself on relevant legal provisions and regulations

Your qualifications:

  • Completed engineering studies in the field of safety technology or training as an Occupational Safety Specialist with additional qualifications such as technician or master
  • Several years of professional experience in industry or trade. Additional qualifications, such as fire protection officer or knowledge of DIN ISO, are a big plus
  • Comprehensive knowledge of current safety and environmental
