Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with specific experience in the cabinetry or home improvement industry. You will be responsible for generating sales leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals to achieve sales targets. Your role will be crucial in driving our company's growth by expanding our customer base and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media.
Conduct consultations with potential clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable cabinetry solutions.
Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations, negotiating terms and conditions to close sales.
Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling.
Collaborate with the design and installation teams to ensure that project specifications are met.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and product developments.
Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues that arise to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proven sales experience, preferably in the cabinetry, home improvement, or related industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
