This position starts May 20 and will be until August 30th, unless the Association requests an extension to the position fulfillment.

Essential Duties:


Coordinate, schedule, and ensure compliance with rules and regulations for all room bookings for clubs and private events

• Supports all current class instructors ensuring adequate advertising is done and waivers are turned in and recorded
• Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with residents, staff, management, board members and community vendors.
• Assists with production of the Association newspaper and other promotional materials ensuring events and activities are properly and adequately presented and promoted.

Required Qualifications:

This is a temporary part-time position in a small office environment.

Depending on the events scheduled, there may be some required evenings or weekends but in the summer this is rare.

• High school diploma or equivalency. Some college preferred.
• Must have basic computer skills and customer service experience.
