As an Equipment Sales Team Member, you will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and plant managers to develop and deliver solutions that truly impact and provide value.


Equipment Sales:

Join our dynamic team as an Equipment Sales Team Member for the Chain-Vey Product Line, where you will drive product sales within defined market segments and territories.

Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will spearhead opportunities and automated solutions with medium and large companies, including Fortune 500 companies, in the food and chemical industries.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales presentations and demonstrations: Delivering engaging presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Understanding customer needs: Assessing customer challenges and proposing tailored solutions that align with their specific requirements.
  • Proposal and contract creation: Developing comprehensive proposals and negotiating contracts with customers.
  • Sales cycle management: Managing the entire sales process, from initial contact to successful closure, while collaborating with Engineering to ensure seamless integration of client solutions.
  • Building industry relationships: Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry alliances.
  • Managing assigned international rep offices: In addition to domestic direct sales responsibilities, you will oversee approximately 15 international rep offices worldwide.
  • Prospecting and lead generation: Identifying, qualifying, and pursuing potential customers and highvalue target accounts within your territories and market segments.
  • Trade Show Representation: Showcasing MPE products at various global and domestic trade shows.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or demonstrated technical interest and competence.
  • Experience or familiarity with industrial equipment and automation solutions required and experience with dry material processing equipment sales is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • 25 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong customer relationshipbuilding skills.
  • A team player at heart, demonstrating exceptional collaboration and communication skills.
