Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal and factual research and analysis
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
  • Independently manage cases
  • Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
  • Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents

Experience:


  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admitted to practice law in California (at least 2 years of experience as an attorney)
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw
  • Experience in drafting legal documents, including pleadings and motions
  • 2 + years of experience in Employment Law
