    Job Overview:

    Koala Insulation of Central Jersey is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Home Services Sales / Estimator to join our team. This position will play a crucial role in driving business growth by closing leads, conducting sales consultations, and providing accurate estimates for insulation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. If you are a motivated self-starter with a proven track record in sales and estimating, we want to hear from you.

    Responsibilities:

    Close leads and develop new business opportunities primarily through networking, home shows, community events, referrals and partnership relationships.
    - Conduct sales consultations with residential and commercial clients to understand their insulation needs and recommend suitable solutions.
    - Perform on-site assessments and measurements to gather information for accurate project estimates.
    - Provide detailed and transparent estimates for insulation projects, including material costs, labor expenses, and project timelines.
    - Collaborate with customers to customize solutions that meet their budget, energy efficiency goals, and project requirements.
    - Follow up with leads and proposals in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize conversion rates.
    - Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and opportunities, updating CRM systems and tracking sales activities.
    - Build and maintain relationships with customers, contractors, and industry partners to generate referrals and repeat business.
    - Stay current on industry trends, insulation products, and energy efficiency initiatives to effectively educate clients and promote value-added services.
    - Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.


    Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
    - Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 2-3 years of experience in a Home Services sales and estimating role.
    - Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and effectively communicate value propositions.
    - Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers and team members.
    - Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
    - Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to customer sites and networking events.
    - Knowledge of insulation products and construction industry experience preferred but not required.
    - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    - Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and representing the company with professionalism and integrity.
