As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Construction Sales & Estimation Specialist.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market share.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and relationship building.
Collaborate with clients to understand their construction needs and provide tailored solutions.
Prepare accurate and competitive project estimates, ensuring profitability and adherence to budget constraints.
Conduct site visits and assessments to gather necessary information for project estimation.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
Must have a background in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in construction sales, estimation, or related roles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
