Your main tasks include: * Supporting the mandate management in the care, maintenance and expansion of the assigned customer portfolio (SMEs and private clients) * Preparation of submissions and comparisons * Accompanying and supporting clients in case of claims * Administrative tasks such as checking and processing incoming correspondence * Efficient and independent management of the database You enjoy working with people, have a commercial education and professional experience in the insurance industry.

Ideally, you have already completed a specific insurance training or are motivated to do so. You work diligently, accurately and proactively.
