INTRODUCTION

Together with your teams, you will realize switchgear construction projects in substations in the high-voltage range up to 380kV in the states of Baden-Württemberg, Rhineland-Palatinate, Hesse, and Saarland.

You will work with our customers to achieve climate protection goals and contribute to the successful implementation of the energy transition.

For our High Voltage / Switchgear Construction division, SPIE SAG GmbH is looking for an ELECTRONICS SENIOR ASSEMBLY TECHNICIAN SWITCHGEAR CONSTRUCTION M/F/D to join our team in Weinheim as soon as possible.

D YOUR TASKS:

  • Responsibility for the execution and supervision of assembly assignments for our switchgear construction projects in medium, high, and extra-high voltage, in close cooperation with our project managers m/f/d
  • Technical leadership and organization of construction sites, as well as coordination with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
  • Participation in project meetings and reporting to project managers m/f/d
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving during assembly and commissioning
  • Documentation of assembly processes and completion of necessary documentation
  • Training and supervision of junior technicians and apprentices
  • Close cooperation with other departments, such as engineering and procurement, to ensure project success.
