O & M Construction is looking for a highly motivated individual to take on the role of a office manager/ Admin with a variety of duties:
Answer and handle incoming telephone calls and fax correspondence.
Enter and modify sales-related data into the company internal customer order data base.
This data may include quotations, order processing, bills of material, receiving, expediting, vendor and customer information, cancellations or roofing inquiries
Maintain customer files on a daily basis to include creating new files, making changes to existing files and maintaining file order.
Coordinate technical responses with Managers.
Assist with Estimating and scheduling jobs.
Schedule and manage sales pipelines with Team Managers.
Support Managers and Sales Support with additional basic sales administration.
Demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills, as evidenced by an ability to interact with customers, vendors and internal staff of various interpersonal styles.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Solid understanding of technical and computer skills with the ability to navigate within the customer order data base. (We will train you on our CRM program.)
Strong project management skillset; Detail Oriented especially with numbers.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Google Docs). THIS IS A MUST
Strong understanding of best practices in Customer Service.
Insurance or Construction Estimating is a plus.

Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
Roofing Office: 1 year (preferred)
Construction Office: 1 year (preferred)
Work Location:
In person
