• Creating engaging and comprehensive lesson plans.
• Incorporating a variety of teaching methods and resources to cater to different learning styles.
• Encouraging musical creativity by encouraging composition, improvisation and exploration of various musical styles and genres.

• Directing student ensembles in rehearsals and performances.
• Organizing and coordinating musical rehearsals and performances with the students and parents within the Music Program.

• Establishing classroom rules and expectations to create a positive and respectful learning environment.
• Creating a fun and engaging learning environment within the classroom.

• Communicating effectively with students, parents, colleagues and administrators regarding student progress, performances, and other relevant information.

• Maintaining and organizing musical instruments, sheet music, audiovisual aids and other resources in good condition.
