Description

Responsibilities:


  • Lead the design and development of sheet metal enclosures, ensuring functionality, manufacturability, and compliance with specifications.
  • Develop sheet metal assemblies, overseeing every stage from conceptualization to production.
  • Able to read schematics and blueprints to inform design decisions and communicate with stakeholders effectively.
  • Create BOMs to support manufacturing processes.

Required Experience and Skills:


  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Engineering preferred, with a focus on Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience with sheet metal design.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, including experience leading teams or projects to completion.

Core Competencies:


  • Leadership and teambuilding abilities, fostering collaboration and driving results.
  • Utilization of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems to manage design projects efficiently.
  • Experience with Solidworks and AutoCAD, with the ability to create detailed and accurate designs.

Pay:
$60, $100,000.00 per year
