About Us:

We market heavily to a specific group of property owners, and many owners contact us with interest in selling.

If a property meets our criteria you will gather detailed information on the building, determine what we can offer, and help us negotiate with the Seller until a contract to purchase the property is signed.

You will then hand-off the contract to our investor relations team, and move on to acquiring the next deal.

Real estate experience is not required, but a bonus. Sales experience is absolutely necessary. Inside sales experience is a bonus. CRM experience is necessary.


Your Daily Responsibilities:


  • Manage a pipeline of inbound seller leads, all in different stages of the sales process.
  • Qualify inbound leads quickly and correctly. Prioritize well to close deals that are worth your attention, and drop a quick offer on the unlikely opportunities.
  • When something's good, get tons of information about financials, tenants, and condition.
  • Use emotional intelligence and property knowledge to make and justify our offers.
  • Understand what our investors want to buy, so you can find it in your property pipeline.
  • Make time to learn out of state rental property investing inside and out, so that you can master your craft and go from being a deal starter to a deal closer.

You Are:


  • Comfortable, relatable, and professional over the phone.
  • Detailed. You dig in on calls and research properties to get the information we need.
  • Organized, and prioritize efforts to make the most of your time.
  • Effective in using tone of voice, response, and property understanding to negotiate.
  • Not in need of hand holding. The right training and protocols and you're off to the races.
  • Salesforce or CRM experience is a plus.
$75,000 base salary + quarterly commission.


Pay:
$125, $175,000.00 per year
