For one of our clients, a company from Braunschweig, we are looking for a team leader (m/f/d) for accounting to start in September/October 2024, working full-time 37.5 hours per week.

Your responsibilities

  • Professional and disciplinary management of the accounting department, as well as support for the expansion of financial accounting
  • Accounting support for 4 companies within the group
  • Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB
  • Processing of all payment transactions (creditors, debtors, general and subsidiary ledger)
  • Continuous improvement of processes in accounting

Your profile

  • Successfully completed commercial training as a tax clerk (m/f/d), a completed further education as a certified accountant (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in financial accounting, ideally in a group
  • Confident handling of HGB
  • At least negotiation-level German language skills
  • Interest in taking on responsibility and contributing to processes
