Hourly Rate:
$25.80

Basic warehouse performer charged with truck unloading and loading, inventory replenishment and order picking. Operate forklift equipment (stand up and sit down), R/F scan gun, warehouse management systems. Standard Operating Procedure Adherence; Receiving IB, Outbound Picking, Loading Concentrate & Raw Materials


Accountabilities and Key Measures:


  • Meet annual AOP and KPI guidelines
  • Unload truck, put away product
  • Pick order
  • Relabeling efforts
  • Execute Warehouse Tasks
  • Perform inspection and minor operator maintenance on nonhighway equipment
  • Material handling, warehouse best practices
  • Compliance with all HSE rules and procedures
  • Drive a safe culture and wear PPE as required in the performance of your job
  • Compliance with all Manufacturing GMP and Plant Food Safety Policies
  • Maintain WA-I Productivity, Accuracy and Quality targets.
  • Blind receiver completed and forwarded to Shipping Clerk; BOL verified. Product put away according to warehouse plan
  • Concentrate utilize SAP R/F gun to pick order according to FEFO, complete pallets, complete truck. Load truck if directed
  • Add or remove DOT marks and labels, and other labeling efforts that do not impact FDA labeling requirements
  • Detailed knowledge of SOP measures and procedures
  • Follow guidelines to ensure clean, orderly, visualized workplace
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of KPI data to Team Lead
  • Complete damage forms as needed and promptly submit to Associate Coordinator
  • Conduct pretrip forklift inspection, note and report discrepancies. Operate equipment safely; store and recharge according to DC procedure, water batteries biweekly
  • Eight to ten hours shift includes repetitive heavy lifting and machine operation. Support continuous clean operations and good warehousing practices
  • Conduct Quarterly Cycle counts as directed by Team Lead
  • Accident frequency and severity measure
  • Report incidents and near misses to management promptly
  • DOT / RCRA Training
  • Complete all required EHS training, wear required safety shoes and Hi-Vis safety vest
  • Completed and submit near miss / good catches
  • Follow GMP, Food Safety Programs and Prerequisites
  • Read and understand applicable procedures that are listed in SOP's
  • Understand Food Safety AIB audit requirements as it relates to office functions & meet audit compliance requirements

Skills & Type of Experience Required

  • Two plus (2+) years' warehousing experience. Computer familiarity a plus.
  • Proficiency on a stand up or sitdown forklift
  • WMS experience is preferred
  • Able to understand and follow instructions, procedures, and chain of command to report issues and seek resolution.
  • Ability to follow directions and operate independently.
  • Ability to work Overtime and have flexibility with work schedule
  • Must possess High School diploma or equivalent (GED)

  • Responsible for maintaining and complying with all applicable PepsiCo, Federal, State, and Local regulations, and standards
  • Follow all applicable facility health, safety, and environmental requirements (e.g. PPE policy) and procedures for reporting incidents and/or injuries per the PepsiCo Employee Handbook.
  • Authority to immediately act upon or correct safety risks
  • Demonstrate initiative and problem solving
  • Participate in continuous improvement of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, OHSAS 18001, GEHSMS programs and procedures though active participation in the near miss/good catch program
