    Description
    JOB DESCRIPTION

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Act as a connection among clients, external vendors, and different agency departments to ensure smooth and timely sales processing.
    • Manage the proposal process to guarantee customer equipment and proposal requirements are met promptly.
    • Input Customer RFQ's into Sales Tracking System and determine proposal output needed by different departments.
    • Attend meetings with the Operation and Sales teams to ensure clear communication regarding objectives, challenges, and possibilities.
    • Carry out other assigned work tasks.
    • Adhere to all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.
    FACILITY/GROUP SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Organize and oversee Cycle Counts.
    • Handle parts shipments and receipts, and track their progress.
    • Validate the accuracy of shipments and receipts.
    • Conduct inventory counting.
    • Maintain the warehouse in proper order.
    • Manage counter sales.
    • Process purchase orders.
    • Collaborate with suppliers.
    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

    • High School diploma or GED, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
    • 3-5 years of inventory and parts sales experience is mandatory.
    • Knowledge of Oilfield products is beneficial.
    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Proficiency in Microsoft products is essential.
    • Potential need for overtime on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
    • Capability to operate a forklift is necessary.
    • Ability to lift 50 pounds is required.
