The University of Heidelberg is seeking a Tenure Track Professor in Inorganic Chemistry (f/m/d) for a temporary qualification position.

This appointment requires a completed degree, an excellent doctorate, and pedagogical aptitude in accordance with the Baden-Württemberg State Higher Education Act.

The position is initially limited to six years as a Tenure Track Professor (junior professorship, salary grade W1), with the possibility of conversion to a permanent full professorship (salary grade W3) after a positive tenure evaluation.

The combined period of employment as a research assistant and doctoral studies should not exceed six years. If all legal and budgetary requirements are met, the position will have civil service status.
