    Job Description

    This position is for those who want to keep the peace, protect the community, and enforce laws with responsibility and visibility in law enforcement. It's a full-time role with a salary range of $24.42 to $35.42 per hour. You'll need to be accountable and work under the guidance of a First Line or Mid-Level Supervisory Officer. There are certain qualifications you'll need to meet, like being a US Citizen, having a High School Diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver's license. You'll also need to meet physical and mental requirements and get certified by the Police Standards and Training Council within 6 months.

    Preferred qualifications include college courses, military experience, or work involving public interaction and social skills development.

    As a police officer, you'll have various responsibilities like enforcing laws, assisting citizens, maintaining equipment, responding to emergencies, and more. You'll also need to conduct thorough investigations, collect evidence, and prepare necessary documentation.
