_Your tasks include, among others:
_

  • Inspection and maintenance work on the facilities for drinking water and heat generation, especially the house connection stations for district heating
  • Repairs on drinking water and wastewater installations in existing buildings
  • Renewal of sanitary fixtures in the existing residential and commercial units
  • Replacement of radiators, possibly also changes to the piping installation
  • Participation in the execution of complex redesigns, such as bathroom renovations
  • Preparatory recording of material requirements for order processing
  • Documentation of the services performed and the actual use of materials
  • Troubleshooting during alternating oncall duty

_You have:
_

  • Completed training and professional experience in the field of building services engineering or a comparable trade qualification
  • Class B driver's license
  • Strong communication skills, as well as independent and goaloriented work
  • A high sense of responsibility, resilience, and teamwork
  • Motivation for tenant and serviceoriented thinking and acting
